Baptism

Renee's mom (Rhea) got baptized yesterday. It was very touching - Renee came to our youth group in her high school years, became a Christian. Her parents moved when she was in high school while she stayed her to finish school. She lived with her sister for awhile then went to Cal Baptist - she lived with us a summer and then for about 1 1/2 - 2 years after college while getting her teaching certificate. Her parents moved back about 1 year ago. Her mom started attending church with Renee and she gave her life to Christ. Renee's dad and sister were there to hear her testimony. Robert and I praise the Lord for Renee's faithfulness in sharing Christ with her family. We are so happy that she and her mom have that bond in Christ now! If you are sharing Christ with family members - be encouraged and keep praying. God is good.
