School

School starts TODAY! I am looking forward to getting on a schedule! There is something fun about the first day of school.

Jessy wants to tryout for the volleyball team at Calvary Chapel - the problem is that we missed tryouts...today we are trying to get sports physicals done and talk to the Athletic Director...please pray he'll let them try out. We know that they extended tryouts for 3 days because they couldn't make a decision last week... we don't even know if they'll get to try out but we are hoping they will (they meaning Jessy and some friends).

We quit softball - she is going to play the school sports at Calvary....Softball was getting to be too much for our family. This next season they are getting more intense...more weekends etc....When we decided to quit the travel ball team, she decided to try out for volleyball and well here we are a week late!


UPDATE: She was able to try out because they didn't make the cuts on Friday! Yea! She really liked it and said the coach was hard on them! Auntie Wendy - you need to come and work with her!! Well - she still has to make it. Cuts are Wednesday - the rest of the team tried out last week 5 days....
